Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services. Handle inbound queries and provide accurate information. Maintain daily call logs and update customer records in CRM/Excel. Follow up with leads to ensure closure of sales or collection targets. Maintain good relationships with clients through polite and professional communication. Achieve assigned call and conversion targets.

Required Skills:

Excellent communication skills ( English). Confident, persuasive, and good at handling rejections. Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email). Good listening and problem-solving ability.

Qualifications:

Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred. Prior experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service will be an advantage.
