Outbound Calling:

Initiate contact with potential and existing customers to promote products or services.

Lead Generation & Follow-Up:

Identify new leads, explain product benefits, and follow up to convert prospects into customers.

Customer Interaction:

Handle inbound calls, address customer inquiries, and resolve complaints professionally.

Record Keeping:

Maintain accurate call logs, update customer information, and process product orders.

Reporting:

Report call details and observations to team leads or management.

Adherence:

Follow company scripts, sales pitches, and internal guidelines.

Goal Achievement:

Meet daily, weekly, or monthly targets for sales or customer engagement.
