Tele Sales Officer

Preferred Experience:

Candidates having experience in Equity and Wealth setup preferred

Reach out to existing and potential customers.

Offer solutions based on customer needs and requirements

Direct prospects and leads to the sales team.

Handle Inbound & Outbound calls

Database will be provided by the company.

No cold calling or random calling.

Day shift - Fixed timings.

Its a 5.5 days working company. Sunday, 2nd & 4th Saturday is off.

Fixed salary + High incentives.

Knowledge, Skills and Attitude:

Should have very good convincing and selling skills.

Should have good English communication skills.

Should be very confident and presentable.

Energy levels should be high

Qualification and Experience:

Graduates with Experience in telesales.

Compensation & Benefits:

Rs. 15,000 - Rs. 25,000(CTC) per Month + Incentives; will be decided based on qualification, experience and interview. ESIC, PF & Gratuity, as per applicable law. Group Insurance Cover.
