Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to customers/leads

Communicate clearly and confidently in English

Maintain a positive attitude while handling customer queries

Update call records and follow up as needed

Requirements:

Good verbal communication skills

Comfortable speaking in English

Prior calling experience is a plus (not mandatory)

Basic computer knowledge

Fixed Salary: ₹15,000

Incentives: ₹1,000-?2,000 based on performance
