Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to schools to introduce our services and offerings.
Coordinate and schedule meetings with principals and teachers.
Maintain accurate records of calls, appointments, and follow-ups.
Handle inquiries politely and professionally, providing accurate information.
Build and maintain positive relationships with school staff.
Meet daily/weekly call and scheduling targets.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Telecaller, Customer Care Executive, or similar role (preferred but not mandatory).
Excellent communication skills in [English/Hindi/Regional Language as required].
Ability to maintain professionalism and handle conversations with principals and teachers effectively.
Good organizational and follow-up skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred).
