Telecaller with experience in Computer Training Institute
. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential clients, explaining course details and scope. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and strong follow-up abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Make
outbound calls
to prospective students and explain courses and scope details.
Handle
inbound inquiries
and provide accurate academy information.
Schedule
centre visits
and follow up with clients to ensure conversion.
Maintain an updated database of leads and customer interactions.
Achieve daily/weekly calling targets and support the sales team in closing deals.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 years of telecalling experience
Excellent communication and persuasion skills in English and local languages.
Basic computer knowledge.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
