Answering inbound calls.
Make calls to potential customers to introduce and promote our products.
Identify customer needs and provide product information and pricing details.
Generate leads and convert them into sales.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, and sales.
Follow-up with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
Maintain a high level of product and industry knowledge to effectively communicate with customers.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a tele caller or sales representative.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to build rapport with customers and handle objections effectively.
Good listening and problem-solving skills.
Self-motivated and target-driven with a positive attitude.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Office applications.
