Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain products/services.
Handle inbound calls, answer queries, and provide relevant information.
Generate leads, convert them into sales, and achieve assigned targets.
Maintain a record of customer interactions and update CRM/database regularly.
Follow communication "scripts" to ensure consistency and professionalism.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Resolve customer concerns quickly and effectively.
Provide feedback to the team to improve processes and customer experience.
Requirements
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in [English/Hindi/Regional language as required].
Good persuasion and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, data entry).
Prior telesales/telecalling/customer service experience is an advantage.
