Telecaller

to handle

daily order confirmation calls

for our fast-growing e-commerce brand.

What You'll Be Doing:

Calling customers to confirm COD & prepaid orders Resolving basic queries related to orders Updating order status in the system Coordinating with the dispatch & support team

What We're Looking For:

Good Hindi & Good English communication Polite, confident, and patient speaking tone Ability to handle repetitive tasks with consistency Punctuality and professionalism Prior calling experience preferred (not mandatory)
