US-based voice process

Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally Communicate clearly in spoken English Understand customer issues and provide effective solutions Maintain accurate call records and reporting Meet daily targets and quality standards

Requirements:

Excellent spoken English is mandatory Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM familiarity is a plus) Comfortable working night shifts Minimum education: Graduation Age: 18 to 35 years

Shift Details:

Working Days:

5 Days a Week (Saturday & Sunday Off)

Work Mode:

Office-based only (No remote/work from home)
