What You Will Do:

? Make calls to customers Share information about our services/products Answer customer questions in a clear and friendly way Keep a record of calls and feedback Do follow-up calls when needed Help in building good customer relationships

What We Need:

Graduate in any stream Minimum 6 months to 1 year experience in telecalling or customer service Good communication skills Friendly, polite, and positive attitude Basic computer knowledge No sales targets - focus is on quality conversation and support
