Job Responsibilities:
Outbound & Inbound Calling:
Call retailers and wholesalers to promote our kids' wear products.
Handle inbound inquiries and provide information about our latest collections.
Lead Generation & Follow-Ups:
Generate new business leads through phone calls and maintain follow-ups.
Convert inquiries into orders by building strong relationships with clients.
Sales Support & Order Processing:
Take orders over the phone and coordinate with the sales team.
Ensure timely follow-up for repeat orders and payments.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build strong connections with existing customers to increase repeat business.
Maintain customer records and update the database regularly.
Promotion of Offers & Discounts:
Inform customers about special discounts, festive collections, and exclusive deals.
Encourage bulk purchases by highlighting product benefits and profit margins.
Handling Complaints & Feedback:
Address customer concerns and escalate issues to the relevant department.
Collect feedback to improve customer satisfaction.
Coordination with Sales Team:
Work closely with the field sales team to ensure smooth order processing.
Provide daily reports on calls, conversions, and potential leads.
Skills & Qualifications:
Experience:
1-3 years in telecalling, preferably in garment sales or B2B marketing.
Education:
Minimum 12th pass; a degree in business or marketing is a plus.
Language:
Proficiency in
Hindi & English
(knowledge of regional languages is a plus).
Communication Skills:
Strong verbal and persuasive skills to influence retailers.
Sales & Negotiation:
Ability to pitch products effectively and close deals.
Computer Skills:
Basic knowledge of MS Office, CRM software, and WhatsApp Business.
