Awish Clinic is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, generating leads, and scheduling appointments for consultations regarding our hair transplant and skin treatment services.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided leads.
Engage with clients to understand their needs and explain our services.
Schedule appointments for consultations with doctors.
Maintain accurate records of calls and appointments in our CRM system.
Follow up with leads who have shown interest but have not yet booked appointments.
Provide excellent customer service and address any inquiries or concerns.
Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance lead generation efforts.
Meet daily and weekly targets for calls and appointments.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
Previous experience in telecalling or customer service preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in using computers and CRM software.
Positive attitude and a customer-focused mindset.
