Job Summary:

We are looking for a smart and confident

Telecaller

with

Good communication skills in English

&

Hindi

and a

basic understanding of digital marketing

. The candidate should be capable of effectively handling customer queries, pitching services, and supporting lead generation and follow-ups.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Make

outbound calls

to potential clients and explain our

digital marketing services

(SEO, PPC, Website Development, etc.)

Understand customer needs

and provide relevant solutions based on their business.

Follow up with leads

, maintain call records, and update CRM regularly. Answer inbound queries related to marketing services and guide prospects accordingly. Assist the digital marketing team in

cold calling, lead qualification, and basic follow-ups

. Build and maintain strong client relationships with a

professional and persuasive tone

. Share service details via WhatsApp, email, or other communication channels when needed.

Key Skills Required:

Excellent verbal and written English communication

Confidence in

pitching digital marketing services

Basic knowledge of

SEO, Google Ads, Social Media

Strong understanding of

customer behaviour and sales approach

Ability to

convince and convert inquiries into leads

Knowledge of

CRM tools or Excel

for tracking leads (preferred)

Qualifications:

Basic understanding of

Digital Marketing concepts

Prior experience in

telecalling or inside sales

is an advantage

Work Schedule:

Day Shift (10 AM - 6:30 PM) 6 Days Working (Monday-Saturday)
