We are seeking a dynamic and persuasive Tele caller to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, providing information about our services, and generating leads. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to handle rejection gracefully.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective clients to generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.

Provide detailed information about market trends and company services.

Follow up with potential clients to nurture relationships and encourage sales.

Maintain an accurate and up-to-date database of client information and call records.

Respond to inquiries from clients in a timely and professional manner.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume and lead generation.

Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching sales goals.

Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is a plus.

Proven experience as a telecaller, telemarketer, or in a similar sales/customer service role.

Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office.

Familiarity with the digital marketing industry is an advantage.

Ability to handle rejection and remain positive and motivated.
