The brand has a strong online presence and expanding offline stores across India.About the Role :We are looking for energetic and target-driven Customer Engagement Executives to connect with potential customers through outbound calls and drive store visits. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy interacting with customers, promoting innovative products, and meeting ambitious sales targets.Key Responsibilities:- Make 140+ outbound calls daily to digital leads using click-to-call dialers.- Maintain 2 hours 45 minutes of effective talk time per day.- Conduct follow-up calls to generate store walk-ins and conversions.- Communicate product features and offers confidently to potential customers.- Maintain accurate CRM records and update customer information regularly.- Coordinate with store teams to track appointments and lead progress.- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets consistently.Requirements:- Graduate in any discipline (2011-2022)- Age up to 35 years- Fluent in English and at least one South Indian language - Tamil or Malayalam- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills- Comfortable with high call volumes and target-driven roles- Prior experience in telesales, retail sales, or lead generation preferred (ref:updazz.com)
