The role involves connecting with potential customers through outbound calls, promoting innovative comfort solutions, and driving store walk-ins via proactive follow-ups and digital engagement.Responsibilities:- Make a minimum of 140 connected outbound calls per day using the click-to-call dialer.- Maintain 2 hours 45 minutes of effective talk time daily.- Conduct fresh and follow-up calls to generate store walk-ins and conversions.- Communicate product benefits and offers confidently and persuasively.- Maintain accurate call records and update CRM data regularly.- Coordinate with store teams for lead follow-ups and appointment tracking.- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.Requirements:- Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and one or more South Indian languages - Kannada, Telugu, Tamil, or Malayalam.- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.- Goal-oriented and comfortable with high call volumes.- Prior experience in retail telesales or store walk-in generation preferred.
