Job Summary:

Advanced Hair Studio is seeking a proactive and articulate Telecaller to manage outbound calls, handle lead follow-ups, and drive studio consultation bookings. The role focuses on engaging with prospective clients, providing accurate information about our hair restoration solutions, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential clients generated through marketing campaigns, referrals, and digital leads. Explain Advanced Hair Studio's hair restoration programs and create interest for a studio consultation. Follow up with warm leads and ensure timely conversions into appointments. Handle inbound inquiries and provide clear, professional responses regarding services, pricing brackets, and studio processes. Coordinate consultation schedules with studio teams and ensure seamless appointments. Maintain accurate client data, call outcomes, and follow-up details in CRM. Achieve daily and monthly targets related to call activity, lead qualification, and appointment booking. Deliver excellent customer service aligned with Advanced Hair Studio's standards of communication and professionalism. Build rapport with prospective clients to increase appointment show-ups and quality leads for consultants.

Skills & Requirements:

Strong verbal communication skills in English and Hindi; additional languages are an advantage. Confident, persuasive, and target-driven personality. Ability to engage high-profile clients with professionalism and courtesy. Good objection-handling and listening skills. Basic knowledge of CRM, Excel, call logs, and email communication. Prior experience in premium service industries (healthcare, wellness, beauty, hospitality) preferred.

Education:

Minimum: 12th Pass Preferred: Graduate
