Make outbound calls to customers and respond to inbound queries.
Provide information about products or services in a professional manner.
Collect and update customer information accurately in the system.
Enter and maintain data in Excel sheets, databases, or CRM software.
Verify and review information to ensure data accuracy.
Prepare simple daily or weekly reports as required.
Support the team with administrative and clerical tasks.
Required Skills:
Good communication skills (verbal and written).
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, data entry software).
Typing speed with accuracy.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to handle calls confidently and maintain professionalism.
Qualification:
Minimum 12th pass / Graduate in any discipline.
Prior experience in telecalling or data entry is an advantage (freshers can also apply).
Working Conditions:
Office-based role with regular computer and phone usage.
