Job Description

Telecalling Duties:



Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services. Follow up with leads and maintain communication records. Handle customer queries and provide accurate information. Schedule appointments for sales representatives as needed. Maintain a polite and professional tone during all interactions.

Data Entry Duties:



Enter and update customer and sales data in CRM or Excel sheets. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions. Assist with order processing and internal documentation. Generate reports and summaries for management review. Perform general office administrative tasks as assigned.
