We are looking for a

dynamic and confident Telecaller

to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, following up with potential customers, providing product/service information, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:



Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain our products/services. Handle inbound inquiries and resolve customer questions. Maintain call records and customer details in CRM systems. Follow up with leads and convert them into successful sales or appointments. Meet daily/weekly calling and conversion targets. Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:



Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass or any graduate. Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and/or regional language. Basic computer knowledge and telephone etiquette. Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales (preferred but not mandatory). Positive attitude, good listening skills, and persuasive ability.
