Job Responsibilities



Make

outbound calls

to potential real estate leads. Explain

project details, plot/villa information, price, location advantages

. Maintain

daily follow-ups

until the client visits the site. Arrange and

schedule site visits

for interested customers. Maintain

lead data, call records and follow-up reports

. Handle

inbound enquiries

from ads (Google, Meta, 99acres, Magicbricks, OLX). Build and maintain

good customer relationships

. Coordinate with the

sales team

for closures.

Required Skills



Good communication in

Tamil / English

(as needed). Confident, polite, and customer-friendly. Strong

convincing & negotiation skills

. Ability to work with

targets and deadlines

. Basic knowledge of

real estate terms

is an added advantage. Basic computer & mobile application usage

12th Pass / Any Degree

Freshers and Experienced

Salary:

?8000 - ?12000 (Based on experience)
