Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Telecaller with 1-2 years of experience to manage outbound and inbound calls, generate leads, maintain customer relations, and support sales activities. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to meet call targets.

Key Responsibilities



Make outbound calls to prospective customers for product promotion or lead generation. Handle inbound calls and address customer queries promptly. Explain products/services clearly and build a strong understanding for customers. Maintain customer records and update CRM/software regularly. Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into sales or appointments. Provide accurate information to customers and resolve minor issues. Build and maintain a professional relationship with customers. Report daily call performance and feedback to the team leader/manager

Skills & Qualifications



1-2 years of experience as a Telecaller / Customer Support Executive. Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi, English, or regional language (as required). Good listening skills and customer-focused attitude. Strong convincing and negotiation skills.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
