About the Role:
We are seeking dedicated and professional Tele-callers to join our Customer Support team at CreditSea. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, providing timely assistance, and ensuring a smooth and satisfactory user experience.
This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-first approach, and the ability to manage and resolve support-related concerns effectively over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a courteous and professional manner
Address and resolve customer queries related to our services and offerings
Maintain accurate records of interactions and update customer information as required
Follow up with customers when necessary to ensure issue resolution
Coordinate with internal departments to escalate and resolve complex queries
Contribute to overall customer satisfaction and service quality
Requirements:
Prior experience in tele-calling or customer service roles preferred
Excellent verbal communication skills in English & Hindi
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools
Strong interpersonal skills, patience, and a problem-solving mindset
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
