Job Description

We're looking for a Female Telecaller who is passionate about customer service and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers, answering inbound calls from customers, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

Take inbound, outbound, and blended calls, answer questions, and document activities in the CRM. Make outbound calls to prospects and clients. Assist with sales activities, documenting leads, and managing databases. Gather and document sales data, such as meetings and appointments, in CRM, including details of visitors and customers. Prepare and execute proposals and presentations using PowerPoint and Microsoft Word. Analyze, report, and communicate sales trends, customer patterns, and competitor activity. Perform other duties as assigned.

Pay: ?14,000.00 - ?16,000.00 per month
