Key Responsibilities:
Make
outbound calls
to prospective clients, patients, and leads to share information about healthcare services.
Handle
inbound calls
, respond to inquiries, and provide accurate details as per company guidelines.
Maintain and update
call logs, databases, and patient records
systematically.
Schedule appointments and follow up with patients to confirm or reschedule consultations.
Coordinate with doctors and other departments to ensure smooth communication and service delivery.
Achieve daily/weekly call targets and conversion goals set by the management.
Handle calls with
professionalism, empathy, and courtesy
at all times.
Candidate Specification:
Education:
Any degree (preferably with a background in healthcare, communication, or customer service).
Experience:
1-3 years of experience in telecalling / customer care / front office (freshers with good communication skills may apply).
Skills Required:
Excellent
verbal communication
in Tamil and basic English proficiency.
Pleasant voice and confident phone manners.
Strong listening, problem-solving, and customer-handling skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, CRM entry).
