The Telecaller cum Team Leader is responsible for generating funds through telecalling, guiding the team toward achieving monthly targets, and maintaining donor relations. The role involves both individual contribution (calling and conversion) and team management responsibilities to ensure smooth and result-oriented operations within the fundraising department.
Make outbound calls to potential donors and existing supporters for contributions.
Explain the organization's initiatives, projects, and impact to inspire donations.
Maintain accurate records of calls, responses, and commitments in the database.
Ensure daily calling targets and monthly fundraising goals are achieved.
2. Team Leadership & Supervision:
Lead and motivate a team of telecallers to meet individual and team targets.
Conduct regular team meetings, training, and performance reviews.
Monitor team productivity and provide feedback and support where needed.
Ensure discipline, attendance, and adherence to organizational policies among the team.
3. Reporting & Coordination:
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for the team.
Coordinate with HR, Admin, and Finance departments for smooth operations.
Share feedback and suggestions to improve call quality and fundraising strategies.
4. Quality & Compliance:
Ensure that all donor interactions are ethical, respectful, and aligned with the organization's values.
Follow all data privacy and confidentiality policies strictly.
Handle escalated donor queries or complaints professionally and promptly.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Excellent communication and persuasive skills (Hindi & English preferred).
Strong leadership and team-handling abilities.
Target-driven and result-oriented approach.
Good computer skills (MS Excel, Google Sheets, CRM tools).
Positive attitude, patience, and problem-solving mindset.
Qualifications & Experience:
Graduate in any discipline (preferred in Communication / Marketing / Social Work).
Minimum
1-2 years of telecalling experience
, preferably in fundraising, NGO, or sales environment.
Prior
team handling experience
will be an added advantage.
