Job Overview:
The Tele caller cum Support Staff plays a key role in maintaining client communication, coordinating appointments, and providing administrative and operational support to the CA Office team. The position requires good communication skills, basic accounting awareness, and a customer service-oriented approach.
Key Responsibilities: Client Communication & Tele calling:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and courteously.
- Explain firm's services and follow up with potential and existing clients.
- Schedule and confirm client appointments and meetings for partners and staff.
- Maintain a call log and update client communication records regularly.
- Collect feedback from clients and escalate concerns to the management when required.
Office & Administrative Support:
- Greet and assist clients and visitors in person and over the phone.
- Handle routine office correspondence, emails, and document filing (physical & digital).
- Maintain and organize client files, billing records, and compliance tracking.
- Support the team in preparing invoices, follow-ups for payments, and receipts.
- Assist in coordinating statutory filings (like GST, TDS, IT Returns) documentation and submissions.
Coordination & Assistance:
- Coordinate with internal teams (Accounts, Audit, Taxation, ROC, etc.) for smooth client servicing.
- Assist in collecting documents from clients and vendors as needed.
- Help with basic data entry in accounting/taxation software (Tally, Excel, etc., if trained).
- Provide support during audits, filing seasons, and client review meetings.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
