AKPIS Group is a leading education and career consulting organization providing premium mentorship and training for global accounting and finance courses like CPA (US), CMA (US), EA, ACCA, and others. We are expanding our counseling team to reach and guide more students toward international career success.

We are looking for a

Telecaller cum Student Counselor

who can handle inbound/outbound calls, counsel students on educational programs, and assist them in the admission process.

Key Responsibilities:

Call and follow up with potential students/leads from various sources. Explain course details, eligibility, and benefits clearly and confidently. Guide students through the registration and admission process. Maintain a database of leads and track daily follow-ups. Achieve weekly and monthly enrollment targets. Coordinate with the academic and marketing teams for student updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English & Hindi required). Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in counseling, telecalling, or sales preferred. Strong convincing and follow-up skills. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, etc.). Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.

Minimum Qualification: 12th pass .

Salary & Benefits:

Salary:

Monday to Saturday 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM
