Telecaller Cum Sales Executive

Job Description

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and schedule site visits.

- Handle inbound calls, provide project details, and address customer queries professionally.

- Follow up with interested buyers to nurture leads and convert inquiries into sales.

- Maintain an updated database of leads, follow-up records, and sales progress.

- Greet and assist customers visiting the project site, offering guidance and support.

- Present and explain property features, pricing, and payment plans to customers.

- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for effective lead management.

- Keep track of customer preferences and provide tailored property recommendations.

- Ensure high customer satisfaction through proactive communication and service.

- Stay updated with real estate market trends and competitor projects.

? Candidate Requirements:

-Languages: Fluent in and Marathi, Hindi, English (verbal & written).

- Experience: Minimum 2 years in tele calling/sales (real estate experience preferred).

- Skills:

- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.

- Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, PPT, CRM tools preferred).

- Customer service orientation and ability to handle objections.

- Ability to work under targets and maintain follow-up discipline.

- Education: Bachelor's degree (preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
