Herb Soul is a growing Ayurveda and personal care brand offering natural products for health and wellness. We are looking for a skilled Telecaller to handle customer interactions, promote products, and drive sales.
Role Overview
The Telecaller will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, explaining product benefits, and converting leads into confirmed orders. The role requires strong communication skills, a persuasive approach, and the ability to build trust with customers while maintaining professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to leads and existing customers to promote Ayurvedic products.
Explain product benefits, usage, and offers in a clear and convincing manner.
Handle customer questions, address objections, and build interest in the products.
Upsell and cross-sell related products to increase order value.
Maintain daily call logs, follow-up schedules, and sales reports.
Process orders accurately and ensure timely updates to the sales team.
Provide feedback from customers to improve product and service quality.
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong communication skills in
Hindi
and
basic English
(regional languages are a plus).
Confident and pleasant telephone manner.
Ability to handle objections and convert hesitant customers.
Knowledge of upselling and cross-selling techniques.
Active listening and problem-solving ability.
Basic computer knowledge for maintaining call records and entering customer details.
Patience and empathy when dealing with different customer profiles.
Preferred Qualifications
Minimum 12th pass or graduate in any field.
0-3 years of telecalling or telesales experience (experience in Ayurveda, healthcare, or FMCG is preferred).
Training in customer service or sales is an advantage.
Work Setup & Tools
Familiarity with CRM software, Excel, or call tracking systems is helpful.
Ability to work with lead sheets and follow a structured call process.
Personality Requirements
Female candidate with a clear, friendly, and persuasive voice.
Self-motivated with a positive attitude toward sales.
Ability to stay calm under pressure and meet daily targets.
Compensation
Fixed Salary: [?12000 - ₹15000]
Incentives/Performance Bonus: Based on monthly sales and upselling targets.
