We are looking for an experienced
Telecaller cum Sales Executive
who can handle outbound/inbound calls, follow up with leads, and convert enquiries into confirmed clients for our construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers
Handle inbound enquiries professionally
Explain construction projects, pricing & services
Follow up with interested leads and schedule site visits
Convert leads into sales
Maintain daily call and lead follow-up records
Requirements
1-3 years experience as Telecaller / Sales Executive
Prior experience in construction or real estate is mandatory
Strong communication & persuasion skills
Target-oriented and disciplined with follow-ups
Basic knowledge of Excel/lead tracking
Working Hours
10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
