Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls and make outbound calls to potential clients.
Share details about our real estate projects and services in a clear and positive way.
Welcome visitors and guide them with warmth and professionalism.
Maintain client records and update information in the system.
Support the sales team with follow-ups and client coordination.
Handle front desk activities and ensure a welcoming environment.
Qualifications
Experience: 1 to 5 years in telecalling, reception, or customer service.
Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu.
Confident, polite, and comfortable speaking with clients.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling).
Experience in real estate will be an added advantage.
