Handle incoming calls politely and professionally
Make outbound calls as per assigned leads/follow-ups
Maintain proper call records and updates
Greet visitors courteously and guide them appropriately
Maintain visitor register and ensure office decorum
Share correct information about company services
Follow up with prospects and update lead status regularly
Schedule appointments and interviews as instructed
Inform concerned departments in advance
Maintain call logs, enquiry records, and daily MIS
Update CRM/Excel sheets accurately
