We are now expanding our marketing and sales operations and looking for a dynamic, confident, and result-driven individual to join our growing team.
Role Overview
The
Telecaller cum Marketing & Sales Executive
will be responsible for:
Generating and converting leads through outbound calls, follow-ups, and client communication.
Assisting in promoting Thomas Cook packages through outdoor and digital marketing activities.
Maintaining strong customer relations to ensure high conversion rates and repeat business.
Key Responsibilities
Telecalling & Lead Conversion
Make outbound calls to prospective customers from lead lists, social media enquiries, and walk-ins.
Explain available domestic and international holiday packages, visa assistance, and related services.
Follow up on interested leads, maintain CRM entries, and close sales.
Maintain polite and professional communication with all clients.
Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
Marketing & Field Activities
Assist in local marketing drives such as flyer distribution, stall setups in societies or corporate offices, and local event participation.
Visit nearby apartments, offices, clubs, and community centers to promote holiday packages.
Help design and execute small-scale campaigns (in collaboration with the marketing team).
Collect customer data and feedback from offline activities.
Coordination & Reporting
Coordinate with the franchise manager for daily activity planning and reporting.
Maintain Excel/CRM records of calls made, leads generated, and conversions achieved.
Support digital marketing efforts (WhatsApp, Facebook, Google leads) by following up promptly.
Skills & Qualifications
Essential:
Preferably Graduate with excellent communication in
Bengali, Hindi, and English
.
Confident phone presence and persuasive communication.
Ability to handle customer objections and convert interest into bookings.
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Email, WhatsApp Business).
Smart, energetic, and disciplined personality.
Preferred:
Experience in travel, hospitality, or sales (telecalling, field marketing).
Knowledge of popular destinations (India & abroad) is an added advantage.
Residence near
Newtown, Rajarhat, Salt Lake area or North Kolkata
preferred.

As per experience + Incentives (post confirmation)

role within 12 months based on performance.
