Key Responsibilities:
Handle
inbound and outbound calls
professionally to generate leads and follow up on inquiries.
Maintain and update
customer databases (CRM)
with accurate and timely information.
Coordinate with the
sales, design, and execution teams
to ensure smooth communication and project updates.
Build and maintain
strong relationships
with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Schedule client meetings, site visits, and follow up on quotations and proposals.
Address client queries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
Track lead status and prepare
daily/weekly reports
on leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
Assist in
marketing and promotional campaigns
through telecommunication.
Ensure
excellent customer service
and support in every interaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (preferred).
Experience:
1-3 years in telecalling, customer service, or CRM, preferably in
interior design, or landscaping
sector.
Excellent
communication skills
.
Strong
interpersonal and coordination skills.
Good knowledge of
MS Office
and
CRM tools.
Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple clients efficiently.
Positive attitude, persuasive skills, and customer-oriented mindset.
