Role summary
The Tele caller-cum-counsellor is responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls , generating leads , counselling customers / students about services or programs , and converting enquiries into admissions / registrations / sales. The role requires excellent communication skills , convincing ability , and customer -handling experience.
Qualifications and Work experience
minimum :12th /graduate (any stream) and 0-3 years experience.
Experience in : Tele calling/ customer support /counselling/ inside sales.
Freshers with good communication may also apply.
Other duties assigned by management.
