Make outbound calls to prospective parents and respond to incoming enquiries.
Counsel parents on the schools philosophy, programs, and admission process.
Schedule and coordinate parent meetings, school tours, and follow-ups.
Maintain and update enquiry records, ensuring timely follow-up and conversions.
Assist in admissions-related documentation and coordination.
Collaborate with the academic and admin teams for smooth counselling and admission support.
Coordinate daily academic and administrative operations
Maintain communication between teachers, students, and parents
Manage schedules, attendance records, session planning and reporting
Organize events, workshops, and activities
Handle enquiries and support admission processes
Ensure smooth functioning and problem resolution on a day-to-day basis
Achieve monthly enquiry conversion and admission targets.
