The Telecaller will be responsible for making cold calls to potential leads, attending incoming cold calls, and updating lead interaction data in the company\'s CRM system. The Telecaller will work closely with the sales team to provide accurate and up-to-date information about leads, and help to drive the company\'s sales efforts. Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential leads
Receive and attend incoming cold calls from potential leads
Gather information about potential leads and update lead interaction data in the CRM system
Provide accurate and up-to-date information about leads to the sales team
Follow up with leads to set up appointments for the sales team.
Work with the sales team to develop strategies to improve lead generation and conversion
Data Mining and data entry.
Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures
Qualifications and Experience:
Computer Skills Must(Online + Offline)
1-2 years of experience in telemarketing or a similar role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail
Experience with Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
