We are looking for a dynamic, responsible, and reliable individual to join our team as a
Telecaller cum Computer Operator
. In this role, you will be responsible for managing basic computer operations, handling billing tasks, and making outbound calls to customers for product sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Telecalling/Sales:
Make outbound calls to potential customers, promoting and selling products or services.
Answer customer inquiries regarding products and services and provide accurate information.
Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor during calls to build strong customer relationships.
Follow up with customers who show interest in purchasing or require further information.
Billing & Data Entry:
Process simple billing tasks and generate invoices using computer software.
Ensure accurate data entry for all sales, payments, and customer information.
Maintain organized records of billing and sales transactions.
Computer Operation:
Manage basic administrative tasks such as updating spreadsheets, email correspondence, and using office software (MS Office, etc.).
Perform routine tasks like filing and document organization on the computer.
Customer Support:
Address customer queries regarding orders, payments, and services.
Handle simple problem resolution and escalate issues as needed to senior staff.
Skills & Qualifications:
Basic knowledge of computer operation and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
Experience in telecalling or customer service is a plus but not required.
Ability to multitask and stay organized.
Friendly and approachable with a customer-oriented attitude.
Ability to handle a moderate volume of calls and billing tasks.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
