C Pool Digital Learning, a growing digital marketing and business consultancy firm, is looking for a dynamic and self-motivated

Telecaller cum Business Development Executive

. The candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, explaining our services, generating leads, and converting them into business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce C Pool Digital Learning's services. Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and inbound inquiries. Explain our services such as

Digital Marketing, SEO, Social Media Marketing, Website Design, Video Marketing, and Consultancy Solutions

to potential clients. Build and maintain positive relationships with clients. Achieve monthly targets for lead generation and sales. Schedule meetings and coordinate with the business team. Maintain records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in CRM.

Requirements

Proven experience as a

Telecaller / Inside Sales / Business Development Executive

preferred. Strong communication skills in

English and Malayalam

(Hindi is an added advantage). Ability to handle client queries confidently and professionally. Good negotiation and persuasion skills. Basic knowledge of digital marketing services will be a plus. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to grow in sales.
