Telecaller

to support our outreach and sales efforts by connecting with potential leads and setting up meetings for our business development

Key Responsibilities:

Call prospective clients from our leads database or handle inbound inquiries. Clearly and confidently explain the agency's services to potential clients. Schedule meetings for the business development team with interested leads. Maintain and update lead records in CRM or spreadsheets. Follow up with leads consistently and professionally. Handle basic objections and provide necessary information over the phone. Share updates and insights with the sales/marketing team on a daily basis.

Requirements:

0-1 year of experience in telecalling or customer service (freshers are welcome). Strong verbal communication skills with a confident telephone presence. Ability to understand and explain digital services (training will be provided). Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and CRM is a plus. Positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow in the digital marketing field.
