We are seeking a motivated and persuasive Telecaller (Counselor) to join our team. The role involves connecting with potential clients/students over the phone, understanding their needs, providing accurate information about our services, and guiding them through the enrollment/decision-making process.
Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls from prospective clients/students.
Counsel clients/students by providing information on courses, services, or offerings.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
Maintain a database of customer interactions and follow up regularly.
Achieve daily/weekly call targets and conversion goals.
Handle queries, resolve concerns, and build positive relationships with clients.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to improve lead quality and closure rates.
Qualifications
Minimum 1 years of experience as a telecaller, counselor, or in a similar role (freshers can also apply if confident).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (fluency in English and local language preferred).
Ability to explain complex information in a simple and clear manner.
Positive attitude, patience, and customer-centric approach.
