Handle incoming calls and respond to student inquiries about competitive exams and courses.
Make outbound calls to potential students to promote our courses.
Explain details about exams like RAS, PSI , EO/RO etc.
Guide students with accurate syllabus details, exam patterns, and preparation strategies.
Maintain call logs and follow up with interested candidates.
Requirements:
Minimum Qualification:
Graduation (any stream)
Awareness and knowledge of Rajasthan government competitive exams (RAS, Patwar, VDO, etc.).
Familiarity with
RPSC
and
RSMSSB
syllabus & exam structure.
Good communication skills in Hindi (basic English preferred).
Prior telecalling or sales experience in the education sector will be an advantage.
