We are seeking an experienced Telecaller cum Counsellor to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential students, explaining our training and guaranteed placement programs, and guiding them in choosing the right career path based on their interest and qualification.

Note -Only Female Candidate

Age 18-to 25

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential students and respond to inbound inquiries regarding placement and training programs. Counsel students and parents about available courses and guaranteed job placement opportunities. Maintain follow-ups with interested candidates to ensure maximum enrollment. Explain program features, benefits, fees, and placement support clearly and confidently. Keep accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions in CRM or Excel. Coordinate with the training and placement team to ensure smooth communication and candidate onboarding. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly admission/enrollment targets. Maintain a professional and positive approach while handling queries and objections.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
