Make outbound calls to potential & existing customers
Handle inbound calls & respond to customer inquiries
Explain company products/services clearly to customers
Maintain accurate records of calls & follow-ups
Achieve daily / weekly call & performance targets
Update customer information in CRM or Excel sheet
Resolve customer issues or escalate when required
Maintain a polite, professional & positive attitude on calls
