Title: Telecaller (Female) - Chandigarh Job Overview As a Telecaller based in Chandigarh, you will play a crucial role in promoting products or services, establishing and maintaining customer relationships, and contributing to the overall success of the sales and marketing efforts. Key Responsibilities Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce company products or services. Engage prospects in a friendly and professional manner, with the goal of generating interest and setting up appointments or meetings. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through telephonic conversations. Gather information about customer needs, preferences, and purchasing intentions. Product/Service Promotion: Clearly and effectively articulate the features and benefits of the products or services offered by the company. Answer customer queries and provide additional information as needed. Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments or meetings for the sales team with interested prospects. Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of leads. Follow-up Calls: Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads and maintain customer relationships. Keep customers informed about new products, promotions, or updates. Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions in the database. Regularly update customer information and ensure data integrity. Customer Feedback: Gather feedback from customers regarding their experience with the company\'s products or services. Report customer feedback to the relevant teams for continuous improvement. Achieving Targets: Meet or exceed assigned targets for lead generation and appointment setting. Work collaboratively with the sales and marketing teams to achieve overall business goals. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or marketing will be a plus. Proven experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales roles. Skills Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English. Convincing and persuasive abilities. Strong interpersonal skills. Basic computer proficiency for data entry and maintaining records. Familiarity with CRM software is a plus. Attributes Positive attitude and enthusiasm. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Resilience and persistence in achieving targets. Professional and courteous telephone etiquette.
