AAA Bright Academy is looking for Tele Callers to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for contacting potential candidates who have expressed interest in our coaching services for Banking and SSC exams, providing them with information about our courses, and assisting them in enrolling in our coaching programs. You will play a critical role in ensuring that our potential candidates have a smooth and seamless experience with our academy, leading to a higher rate of conversions and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:

• Contact potential candidates who have expressed interest in our coaching services for Banking and SSC exams.
• Explain the features and benefits of our coaching courses to the candidates.
• Understand the candidates\' requirements and suggest the most suitable coaching program to them.
• Provide all necessary information to the candidates regarding the course fee, duration, schedule, etc.
• Follow-up with the candidates to ensure they have all the necessary information and assist them with enrolling in the coaching program.
• Maintain a database of all the candidates contacted, follow-ups made, and conversions achieved.
• Achieve the set targets in terms of lead generation, conversions, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Tele Caller or similar role in the education sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to convince and persuade candidates to enroll in our coaching programs.
• Good computer skills and knowledge of MS Office.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Knowledge of Banking and SSC exams is preferred.
