We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Telecaller to join our automobile service department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, scheduling service appointments, following up with customers, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
1.Make outbound calls to customers for service reminders, feedback, and promotions.
2.Handle incoming calls related to service inquiries, complaints, and appointment bookings.
3.Schedule and confirm service appointments with customers and coordinate with the workshop team.
4.Maintain and update customer data in the system.
5.Follow up with customers after service to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
