Handle outbound and inbound calls with international clients (primarily US-based).
Explain and promote company services related to Web & Mobile App Development.
Build and maintain positive relationships with prospects through effective communication.
Schedule appointments, demos, and follow-ups for the Business Development/Sales team.
Achieve monthly targets for qualified leads and client engagement.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and client interactions in CRM.
Work collaboratively with the sales and marketing team to improve outreach strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
2 - 3 years of experience
in telecalling/telemarketing, with
mandatory international calling experience
(US clients preferred).
Previous experience in
International BPO/Customer Support/Lead Generation
is highly desirable.
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Comfortable working in
night shifts
and handling PST time zones.
